Terms and Conditions

Admission
Admission is only permitted once key is provided by Owner.
Guests under the age of 25 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the Owner as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet the Hut.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site will send you further check-in information 5 day(s) before your arrival.

Changes to your holiday
Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Extras
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to the Owner immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the Owner's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Radio, and music must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The Owner reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation
Hired accommodation: £50.00 damage/cleanliness deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of the Hut should no damage/losses be found.
No naked flames such as candles are allowed inside the Shepherd's Hut .
The damage/cleanliness deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

Occupancy
No hen/stag parties permitted

Reception
There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
Open fires are prohibited.
Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Taxes
This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles
No cars/motorbikes by the Shepherd's Hut. All cars /motorbikes must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors
Visitors are not permitted on site.
Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
